Job Description

• Support attorneys in insurance defense civil litigation matters
• Handle state and federal e-filing and court procedures
• Manage discovery, document production, and document organization
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
• Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and trial-related materials
• Perform transcription and administrative litigation support as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation legal secretary experience
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court filing requirements
• Experience with e-filing, discovery, calendaring, and case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet research
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
