We are a growing and dynamic insurance defense and coverage firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced litigation attorney to join our team. If you have a passion for insurance law and a proven track record in coverage and litigation, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to handle a range of complex insurance defense matters, including:
- Conducting substantive law and motion practice
- Taking and defending depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
- Managing discovery and related motions
- Making court appearances
- Ensuring compliance with insurer reporting requirements
- Participating in trial preparation (trial experience is a plus, but not required)

Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance defense, with a strong understanding of relevant law and procedures
- Admission in good standing with the California State Bar
- Familiarity with insurance policies such as General Liability (GL), Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Outstanding academic credentials
