We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The LPN will play an essential role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents’ health and safety, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising clinicians.
Assist with wound care, vital signs monitoring, and routine nursing procedures.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to support optimal care.
Respond to urgent or emergent situations following facility protocols.
Support daily living activities to promote resident comfort and well-being.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain).
CPR certification required.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a care team
