Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for an evening-shift contract role in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong patient-care skills, professionalism, and the ability to support residents with daily living needs in a fast-paced setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
Assist with vital signs, charting, and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, following infection-control and safety guidelines.
Support residents with emotional and social needs, promoting comfort and well-being.
Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Carry out assigned tasks promptly while maintaining excellent professionalism and communication.
Active and unencumbered LNA/CNA license in the state of assignment.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Ability to consistently work evening shifts throughout the contract.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to resident-centered care.
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
