Job Description

Well-established and highly-reputable landscaping company servicing the greater Seattle, WA area is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer / Landscaping Sales Professional. Ideal candidate will be strong in landscape design and sales; however, strong sales or strong design professionals may be considered.

• Play an active role in the design process from concept through construction.
• Sell high-end residential landscape projects.
• Collaborate with clients and coworkers.
• Prepare designs, technical drawings, and presentation-quality graphics and illustrations.
• Takeoffs and estimating time and materials.

Requirements - Ideal Candidate:

• Sufficient experience doing high-end residential landscape design and/or landscaping sales professionally.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or relevant field.
• Project management experience.
• Must have a basic understanding of site design, grading principles and drainage concepts, construction methods, materials, and details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software preferred.
• A book of business and/or professional contacts preferred.

• Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge. Target annual earnings $100,000 - $200,000 or more.
