A hidden gem within the world of employment, Fight Kitchen Fire Ltd Co., helps prevent fires in restaurants and commercial kitchens. The team is growing fast, and we are now in need of 2 personnel who want to work in a stress-free and impactful environment.

This job will have you visiting various kitchen exhaust systems throughout the Greater Houston Area to conduct fire prevention interventions or cleanings, and is not your traditional 9-5!

We typically work when a restaurant is closed, which means no customers, no traffic, and no one to prevent you from doing your work!

This isn't an office job; you actually get to see the fruit of your labor that same day!

Requirements:

• Able to perform power washing operations.
• Able to use various hand tools and pressure washing appliances.
• Knowledge of working with de-greasers, disinfectants, etc.
• Fast learner.
• Able to carry up to 45 lbs.
• Able to hoist up to 45 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Able to work in small teams (2-3 people).
• Attention to detail.
• Does not mind getting wet/dirty.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Jobs are mostly during evening/midnight hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of KEC experience.
• CECT/CECS IKECA Certification.
• Able to obtain KEC certification within 3 months (we can help).

Responsibilities:

• Removing grease build-up from exhaust systems with hand tools, pressure washers, and de-greasers.
• Reports any issues that occur during the cleaning process.
• Shows up on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Medical: 100% paid medical program for Full-Time Employees

MUST HAVE:

• Valid driver's license.
• No moving violations within past 7 years.
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Able to travel throughout Greater Houston.
• Be able to pass a background check.
