RENAPS is currently looking for a Junior QA / Tester to join the USA Centre of Excellence team.

Responsabilities

Understands requirements from business units and translates those to test cases/test scenarios
Creates test cases and test scenarios
Executes test cases
Manages opening of variances/defects ensuring they are documented, fixed, retested and all details document accordingly
Prepares test execution reports
Leads variance/defect calls
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide clarity on requirements to be tested
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

Our ideal candidate?

2+ years' experience as a Tester or Quality/Test Analyst
A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
Proactive
Open to learning and new challenges
