What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in project management (e.g., as an assistant or intern) or involvement in game development at the level of understanding development processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage tasks, track deadlines, and coordinate task execution with the team

• Understanding of basic project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

• Basic skills in project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets

• English proficiency at B2 level

• Ukrainian or Russian proficiency at C1 level

The selection process

• Test Task : Candidates will be asked to complete a simple test task to evaluate their problem-solving skills and approach to the role. This task is designed to be straightforward and directly related to the job.

• Interview : If you successfully complete the test task, we will invite you for an interview. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience, skills, and how you can contribute to our team.

• Paid Probationary Period (2 months) : Successful candidates will be offered a position with a 2-month paid probation period. During this time, we’ll evaluate your performance, and you’ll have the chance to see if the role is the right fit for you.
