What to do
Searching for YouTube/Twitch (and similar) influencers
Collecting and analyzing the database on request
Participating in discussions of terms for new/repeat deals
Actively participating in and initiating creative brainstorming sessions with the team
Writing creative concepts for advertising campaigns
Understanding all general processes within the IM team and effectively using all work tools
Distributing advertising materials to bloggers
Initial briefing and consulting of bloggers (micro-communications)
Supporting IM managers with blogger additions
Regularly sending initial outreach emails to new creators + writing personalized follow-ups
Assisting with mass communications
Correcting creators’ work if it deviates from the given brief
Contributing to improving the overall efficiency of the IM department (KPI ROAS, CAC)
Participating in the analysis of campaign results
Consulting influencers on account development strategies and audience engagement
Analyzing launched campaigns in specific GEOs and assessing audience performance
Improving the quality and/or efficiency of processes within the IM team
Overseeing micro-tasks and assignments (as needed)
Your superpowers
B2+ English proficiency — you’re comfortable speaking and writing
Proactive and creative mindset — you’re always full of ideas
1+ year of experience in marketing
Understanding of esports and digital performance marketing strategies
Experience with analytical tools
Bonus Points
Passion for Counter-Strike
Experience running a YouTube channel
Knowledge of SEO/SERM YouTube algorithms
Fluency in Chinese, German, French, or Portuguese
Previous experience in Influence Marketing or creative campaign development
Experience in roles involving continuous communication with partners or clients
