Job Description

Salary: $101,400 - 183,300 per year Requirements:

• I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline, or I have equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• I have 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• I am able to work well within a small team environment.
• I have strong communication skills.
• I am a US Citizen.

Responsibilities:

• I develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• I analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• I design or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
• I analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• I research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for various applications.
• I set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
• I design embedded systems software.
• I apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• I possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• I plan and lead major technology assignments and evaluate performance results, recommending major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• I function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise others.

The pay range for this position is $101,400.00 - $183,300.00, which serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment are considered when extending an offer.
