We are currently looking for Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive community atmosphere for Italian-speaking users by monitoring and moderating content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Engage with users through comments and direct messages, responding swiftly to inquiries and fostering community interaction.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior while escalating significant issues to the appropriate teams.
• Conduct research to stay informed about trends and interests of the Italian-speaking audience to enhance content relevance.
• Collaborate with content teams to suggest and create engaging, high-quality material that aligns with user interests.
• Prepare detailed reports on user engagement and content performance to support strategy development.
• Remain current on social media policies and best practices to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a comparable field is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
• Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
