Job Description: They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Investment Banking Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish and Portuguese, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and pitch materials for clients.
• Perform due diligence and industry research to identify potential opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including drafting transaction documents and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other industry professionals.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
