Our Wealth Management team is seeking a summer intern to provide support to various business units. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a self-driven student to support an experienced team of professionals at one of the nation’s leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with phone coverage and mail review and distribution
• Provide ad hoc support to members of the Wealth Management team
• Assist with project management duties
• Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
• Maintain files and documents
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university, preferably pursuing a major in finance, economics, or related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat preferred
• Professional presentation skills, demeanor and ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
• Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00hour. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
