You are the expert in managing patients who need intermediate care, bridging the gap between critical and general care. As an RNIMC, you monitor patients with moderate to severe conditions, ensuring that they stabilize and receive the necessary treatment. Your toolkit? THE CALCULATIONS & SMALL PRINT: Illustratively, the weekly pay is based on these patterns: 8-hour shifts = 5 days (40 hours), 9-hour shifts = 4 days (36 hours), 10-hour shifts = 4 days (40 hours), 12-hour shifts = 3 days (36 hours). For PER DIEM/ PRN shifts we have illustrated on a 3 shifts per week basis. When shift / weekly hours durations incur OT in any state, then this is reflected in both the shift and weekly pay. **Travel tax regulations apply within the USA. The industry average pay for this role, based on location and experience level has range of $1,872.72 - $2,533.68
