Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Architects to develop innovative design solutions by researching and selecting materials, finishes, and colors. You may also lead projects as a Project Manager, depending on the scope. Engage in creating finish boards, selecting finishes, and preparing presentation packages for client meetings. Coordinate with consultants and representatives, and assist with FFE production, construction documents, and permit sets for interior projects or interior portions of new construction projects. Work as part of a team on medium-sized commercial projects, including amenity centers, corporate interiors, healthcare, retail, and industrial spaces.
Job Responsibilities

+ Prepare and present packages for client meetings.
+ Coordinate with consultants and representatives.
+ Participate in FFE production and construction documentation.
+ Assist with creating construction documents and permit sets.
+ Collaborate on medium-sized commercial projects.
Qualifications
+ Degree in Interior Design.
+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD is a plus.
+ 4-7 years of relevant experience in interior design.
+ Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
+ Experience producing construction documents in Revit.
+ Experience with space planning and rendering.
Work Environment
Enjoy a dynamic work environment with a blend of office and remote work, spending three days a week in the office and one to two days working from home. Benefit from summer hours, with a condensed schedule of 9-hour days from Monday to Thursday, enabling an early start to weekends. The office features a casual atmosphere with open seating and business casual attire, providing each team member with their own workstation in the studio. Engage in diverse projects that typically have a lifecycle of 3-4 weeks, promoting efficiency and collaboration.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deerfield, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
