Job Description



We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for Summer 2025. This role will focus on supporting the Human Resources team with process documentation and time sensitive projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic HR organization and contribute to projects and initiatives in support of HR strategy.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Collect and organize data from internal systems.
  • Assist in maintaining sensitive employee data.
  • Support the team in developing reports and visualizations to track key metrics for HR.
  • Assist in projects for updates to SOP’s and HR Policies documentation.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders.
  • Organization of personnel records
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications



Education:  Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience:   No paid work experience is required for this position, however, prefer experience with:

  • HR processes or internships

Knowledge skills/other attributes:

  • Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Inquisitiveness and a desire to learn and apply new-found knowledge
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Motivated, focused, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); Outstanding working knowledge of Word
  • Basic understanding of HR data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • US Citizen preferred; ability to pass a background check and security vetting required

The compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 - $35.00/hr and will vary depending on factors including level of school completed and type of position requirements for skills, whether technical or non-technical.
