Job Description

PURPOSE:

As a Human Resources intern, you will assist and ensure the efficient administration of all human resources policies and procedures. You will work closely with members of the HR team as well as cross functional managers across talent acquisition, HR administration, Benefits and Payroll.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepares reports, analyzes data and develops presentations
  • Assists with the development of company communication. Leverages internal communication channels to drive engagement and information
  • Updates and creates internal communication SharePoint to keep employees informed on programs, initiatives, benefits and more
  • Assists with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Partners with the HR team on the development of a new orientation program
  • Updates policies and procedures as needed
  • Assists with tracking HR Federal and State compliance deliverables
  • Develops and maintains job description library, talent acquisition postings and more
  • Updates Talent Acquisition guidelines `
  • Assists with special projects
  • Manages the Reebok inbox and assists with answering employee questions
  • Provides general support to the HR team

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate College or University
  • Anticipated undergraduate graduation date is Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
  • Able to work out of our Boston HQ three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
  • Available to participate in our full-time on-site internship program from June 9th to Aug 15th
