Position Description – HR/Marketing Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused, and results-driven HR/Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, performance management, and staff development.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
• Maintain HR records, handle employee relations, and ensure legal compliance.
• Partner with department heads to align HR practices with company goals.

Marketing

• Build and execute marketing strategies that promote the company brand and services.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Develop sales collateral, advertising, and promotional channels.
• Coordinate events, and community engagement efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure impact.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in HR, marketing, or a combined role.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, recruiting, and employee relations.
• Experience managing digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
