Key Responsibilities
Property Beautification Projects
o Perform early morning cleaning and enhancement tasks to maintain the hotel's visual appeal.
o Power wash walkways, entrances, and designated exterior areas as scheduled.
o Wash windows and glass surfaces in public areas and exterior façades.
Grounds Maintenance
o Conduct daily rounds of the property to ensure cleanliness and order.
o Remove debris, trash, and any hazards from outdoor spaces.
o Maintain landscaping areas by reporting issues to the appropriate department.
Vehicle Care
o Wash and detail hotel vehicles as needed.
o Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for guest or operational use.
General House Attendant Duties
o Assist with moving furniture, carpet cleaning in rooms and meeting spaces.
o Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for housekeeping support.
o Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including storage rooms and service corridors.
o Handle trash removal and recycling from public areas and designated stations.
Safety & Compliance
o Follow all safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
o Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management

Qualifications

Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
Ability to operate power washing equipment and other cleaning tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Flexible and reliable with early morning availability.
Skills & Attributes
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Wage range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
