What we are looking for…

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team, specializing in residential and Airbnb cleaning services. This role is crucial for ensuring that our properties consistently meet the high standards our guests expect. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do…

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, organized, and presentable for guest stays.
• Change linens, replace towels, and stock essential supplies as needed.
• Check for damages or maintenance issues and promptly report to management.
• Handle laundry services for linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company protocols to achieve consistent results in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure successful property turnover between guests.
• Adapt to varying schedules and cleaning requests based on guest check-ins and check-outs.

Requirements

What you’ll bring…

• 1+ years of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience, especially in residential or hospitality settings.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
