Horticulture Team Leader

Lead and supervise a horticulture crew in the daily care of high-end residential gardens
Direct planting, transplanting, seasonal pruning, and specialized care of ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, bulbs, and container plantings
Ensure best practices in fine gardening, precise pruning, fertilization, irrigation monitoring, IPM, and sustainable horticultural techniques
Maintain impeccable garden presentation through edging, weeding, mulching, staking, and grooming of planting beds for year-round beauty
Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
Communicate effectively with your crew to coordinate workflow, meet client expectations, and deliver projects on time and to the highest standards
Minimum of 3 years of horticulture or fine gardening experience
Strong knowledge of plant care, pruning, and garden management techniques
Ability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Degree in horticulture or related field is a plus
