Now Hiring: PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN).
Flexible Schedule – Paid Per Visit.
Service Area: Serving all of Adams County and Southwestern York County.

VNA of Hanover and Spring Grove is seeking dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our Home Health team. This flexible, per-visit opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes on an as-needed basis.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver treatments and interventions in line with physician orders and agency protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support safe, independent living.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health or acute care preferred).
• Excellent clinical and assessment skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation, valid PA driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
