Ultimate Care NY is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team on a per-diem basis. As a Home Care Registered Nurse, you will provide care to patients in their homes and help them manage their medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medication, and managing medical equipment. With your support, we aim to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care and feel comfortable and confident in their homes. Ultimate Care has been providing home health care services that meet the tailored needs of thousands of New Yorkers for the past 20 years. Compensation: $90,000-95,000 annually + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + opportunity for additional per diem rate of $85-95 on top of salary for additional visits.
Per Diem:
Per Diem: $85-95 per assessment.
Start of Care: $90-$95 per visit
Revisit: $80-$85 per visit
