**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a High Ropes Facilitator to join our team. The High Ropes Facilitator will be responsible for ensuring the safety of participants while they navigate high ropes courses, zip lines, and other adventure activities. This role involves leading groups, providing guidance, and maintaining equipment to ensure a fun and secure experience for all participants.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in a ropes course environment or similar outdoor adventure setting
- Certification in high ropes course facilitation or the ability to obtain certification prior to employment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to high ropes courses
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate groups of varying sizes and ages
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle outdoor and physically demanding work

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct safety inspections and checks on equipment before each activity session
- Lead groups of participants through high ropes courses, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and intervene if necessary to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for participants to challenge themselves and have a rewarding experience
- Assist with the setup and take down of equipment and course elements as needed
- Communicate effectively with participants, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the facility
