Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the creative aspects of the company's website and other front facing digital assets. Work closely with senior creative staff on a range of creative campaigns and marketing projects. Edit video footage and incorporate graphics, sound, and effects to produce engaging content. Help develop ideas and make design choices for all company content. Produce the design and development of digital marketing materials. Execute creative initiatives for tactical marketing across social, web, e-mail, and print channels. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software advancements to ensure work remains fresh and relevant. Create or abide by brand design guidelines. Prepare rough concept presentations to share with the team for feedback. Ensure all final motion design projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards. Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members while maintaining the project's vision. Interacts with appropriate areas within, and at times outside, assigned operational areas to achieve company, operations, product development and quality goals and objectives....who loves spotting the small details others miss?
