Job Description:

Parachute Studio is seeking a talented and motivated long-term Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team as a long-term contractor. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually stunning and impactful designs that support our clients’ marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of visual content for various digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for client projects.
  • Support the design team in producing high-quality design work, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Help maintain and organize design assets, including images, logos, and templates.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving design processes and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Illustration experience is also a plus.
  • Previous internship or freelance experience in graphic design.
