We don't just create content, produce events, create marketing solutions—we build relationships. Whether you're responding to our clients or sales reps, helping design our promotional materials, working on web designs or supporting behind the scenes, you'll be a vital part of our highly respected brand and integral part of our talented team.

Responsibilities & Major Tasks

• We are looking for a polished, efficient, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be able to assist our team with media administration, marketing, promotions, and website support duties.
• Support CEO/Founder and office staff with daily tasks and organization
• Work with the Digital Marketing & Content Manager to manage design for all brand collateral and promotional materials
• Manage website design and functionality for organicspamagazine.com and wellnesstraveluniversity.com
• Work as a collaborative and supportive team member

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• A passion for health, wellness, and/or sustainable living is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree
• A true people person — friendly, outgoing, and energized by conversation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar graphic design tools
• WordPress Knowledge/Experience is a must
• Highly computer-savvy and quick to learn new software
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
• Self-starter with a team-first attitude
• At least some experience in administrative support and/or customer-facing roles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
