Graphic Arts Technician Location St. Louis, MO : Department: Airport Authority

Salary

  • Minimum: $40,560.00
  • Maximum: $67,600.00

Position Specifications

Incumbents in this position are responsible for performing specialized decorative painting, striping, lettering and sign design duties. Duties include roadway, traffic and highway signage; directional and informational signage for buildings; engraving, constructing silk screens, and uses computer design software for computerized art; and inventory duties.

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, or a related field emphasizing Computer Graphics/Design; plus two years of experience in sign design and production. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

An additional one (1) point shall be added to the passing score of City residents who receive any other preference on a scale of 100 points. City residents must have resided in the City for at least one (1) year at the time of filing their application to be eligible for the preference points.
