The Government & Public Sector ( Group (GPS) is one of the largest attest practice groups for Cherry Bekaert. GPS is a strategic industry for our firm, and we seek a highly motivated **Government Audit Partner** to help us continue to build our government audit strength. With the tremendous growth of this team, there are potential leadership opportunities within the practice. You'll be responsible for leading a team that provides audit and consulting services to governmental entities in the country, including local governments, public authorities, transportation agencies, school districts, and state and local agencies. These varied government clients range in revenue size from $2 million to $9 billion. Limited travel should be expected. In addition to delivering exceptional client service, you'll also team with other service line and industry partners to focus on practice growth and development. The Government Audit Partner will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations. Relocation assistance may be offered. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in accounting.
