As a Fundraising Coordinator, within the UCLA College Development Corporate and Foundations Relations team you can start or advance your career as you learn about how we cultivate relationships with private foundations and corporations that result in sustainable financial support across the entire College. You will help us improve our efforts to secure funding by doing research through foundation specific resources to identify funders aligned with various research, programs and initiatives of the College. You will learn and understand how to make connections between College specific research and foundation programs and will reach out to faculty to share funding opportunities. This is a great role for you to use your strong writing and critical thinking skills, ability to navigate internal resources and provide support to our team. The relationships we develop in the CFR work we do is key to maintaining the internal communication that is essential for upholding UCLA’s reputation of excellence with external funders. We serve as a strong resource and encourage all UCLA College faculty and staff to reach out to us to learn more when considering funding through foundations or corporations for their initiatives.
