Job Title: Functional Consultant(UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions))

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Kronos/UKG implementations, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions). The ideal candidate will work on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks to support both ongoing and new Kronos/UKG projects. This role involves coordinating with onshore and offshore teams, identifying technical gaps, and ensuring the solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concept, and development tasks for Kronos/UKG implementation projects.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and align with overall business requirements, addressing and documenting technical gaps.
• Support project management tasks, including tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and reporting progress to management.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure developed code aligns with business requirements.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, managing personal task assignments and deliverables.
• Monitor and resolve issues, participating in validation, testing, and release activities as required.
• Document designs and code consistently throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and demonstrations.
• Adhere to best practices for code/data source control, ticket tracking, and other administrative activities.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Kronos Consultant with expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
• Strong knowledge of configuring Kronos modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
• UKG Certification and experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform.
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting Kronos Clock Terminals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and its integration components.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in SQL programming.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
