Job Description

Input Technology Solutions is seeking to hire a  Full Stack Developer to support a program in Honolulu, HI.

As a full stack developer on a product team, your role involves understanding both the backend and frontend architectures of the product under development. You will need to be able to effectively maintain, debug, and advance the features of the production system by working effectively as one of several developers on a team. To do this, you will need to understand how to use Git source control, Jira ticketing for bugs and features, and documentation development on Confluence. For this specific role, a developer should be familiar with most of the technologies as listed, but is expected to remain flexible to changes in the technology stack and to learn new skills independently as the needs of the product change over time.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain software applications that handle data access, processing, and analytics.
  • Utilize strong Python coding abilities to build efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Implement and integrate data access layer technologies such as Databricks, iQuery, Global Search, API, and File Browser.
  • Apply knowledge of automation tools to streamline data-related processes.
  • Utilize Scala, Databricks, Python, Trifacta, DataRobot, and R to implement data processing and analysis tasks.
  • Leverage proficiency with AWS services, including Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon RedShift, Amazon ElasticSearch Service, Delta Lake, Neo4j, and Parquet for data storage, processing, and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Analysts to understand data requirements and design efficient data workflows.
  • Develop user-friendly, visually appealing tools and interfaces that enable both technical and non-technical users to interact with data effectively.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data through the implementation of appropriate access controls and encryption mechanisms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for software applications, workflows, and processes.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience; Master's Degree and 0 to 3 years of experience; 8 to 10 years with no degree
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack, data-centric software development
  • 3+ years of experience working with languages and technologies such as Python, Typescript or JavaScript, React, ElasticSearch, SQL, and graph databases
  • Experience with modern web design and implementing UI/UX requirements via responsive frameworks and design systems
  • Experience using DevOps tools to deploy and maintain cloud-based containerized services
  • Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment in team sprint cycles

What we'd like you to have:

  • Experience using Palantir products for data manipulation, correlation, and visualization
  • Experience using the Power Platform Suite, including Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Experience with data engineering projects supporting data science and AI/ML workloads
  • Active Security+ Certification
