gpac is partnering with an exponentially growing Transportation and Logistics company based in North Carolina to source and recruit a rock star Freight Broker that is ready to blow the ceiling off. This candidate will be a hard working, results driven individual who wants to be in control of their own portfolio and their own earnings.

The company offers a strong back end support system with end-to-end solutions to give the right candidate all the support they need to grow their business. This will be a tech forward role, with tools at your disposal to connect and grow.

MUST HAVES:

At least 3 years of experience building a book of business in Freight Brokerage

Open minded and willing to learn new techniques

The drive to never settle for "good enough"

White Glove Customer Service Skills

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience in International intermodal transportation and/or customs

Bilingual

Accounts ready to transfer and bring on board

Not afraid to cold call, put in the time to build up.
