MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking forklift operators to fill openings at a large warehouse that distributes soil and fertilizer located in Jurupa Valley and Corona Ca.

Monday through Friday 1st shift 5am-2pm Saturdays 

Requirements for forklift operators:

• Ability to pass drug screen and background
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Steel Toe Boots
• Standing, bending, lifting required to perform all tasks
• Ability to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/rainy weather. 
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities of the forklift operators:

• Responsible for the operation of a forklift or other heavy equipment to safely move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise around the facility 
• Ability to drive a forklift- Ability to lift 50 pounds- Ability to climb on and off of required equipment
• Removes palletized bags from the production lines and places them on the stretch-wrappers, Operates the stretch-wrapper and changes the stretch film as required- Places palletized bags in inventory and ensuring they are located in the proper rows storing them neatly without damaging other inventory
• Actively participates in plant cleanliness by restacking, picking-up trash and debris, and washing their equipment-
