As a Food & Beverage Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality service and an outstanding guest experience. You will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departments, leading and supporting a dedicated team to achieve the companys high standards. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and quality in service, while upholding health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
• Assist in the training and development of staff, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and work with management to place orders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Support the planning and execution of events, banquets, and other special occasions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless service

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality management is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
