Role: Flooring Installation Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Flooring Installation Manager who’s equal parts organized leader, problem solver, and people person. If you’re ready to take ownership of projects, build a strong installer network, and ensure every job exceeds expectations—you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do: - Own the Process: Manage installation projects from start to finish—on time, on budget, and on point.
- Lead with Confidence: Oversee installer teams, coordinate schedules, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Be the Bridge: Keep customers informed and happy throughout their flooring journey.
- Stay Ahead: Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep jobs running smoothly.
- Set the Standard: Conduct site visits, monitor quality, and uphold the excellence our brand is known for.
What You Bring: - Experience in flooring installation or construction project management.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and forklift experience are a plus!
- A proactive attitude and a passion for leading others
- Ability to pass a background check
