Job Description

Financial/Treasury Analyst - Nonprofit/Treasury Operations/Financial Reporting
Location: Decatur, GA (Lawrenceville Highway)
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, onsite for the first three months, then hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)

They are looking for you, an experienced Financial/Treasury Analyst with a keen eye for financial details and treasury operations. This direct-hire position offers a great opportunity to make a difference in a mission-driven organization.

What you get to do:

  • Support financial analysis, monthly reporting, and treasury activities.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage financial accounts with key partners.
  • Develop and refine reports for treasury, workers' compensation claims, and career services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to manage debt, investments, and related financial activities.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to build financial models, enhance budgeting, and support decision-making.
What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1.5-4 years of relevant financial analysis and treasury experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a collaborative environment.
