• Work directly with customers to secure financing and present extended service plans, warranties, and other financial products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless purchasing process for every customer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to offer competitive financing options.
• Oversee all financial transactions, contracts, and paperwork to ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize finance and insurance (F&I) performance by tracking key metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding buyers through the financing process and explaining available options.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or powersports industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financing, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
• A passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the riding community is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and dealership success.
