Family Medicine Physician

Titan Placement Group is searching for a Family Medicine Physician in Titusville, FL. Nestled on Florida’s Space Coast, Titusville offers a coastal lifestyle with access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of community. This opportunity is with a mission-driven Community Health Center providing high-quality, accessible care to underserved populations.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: Base of $230,000+ annually, plus an incentive pool of up to $30,000
• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $75,000 with a 2-year HRSA commitment
• Health Insurance: Employer covers more than 75% (approximately $100 per pay period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Offered at a low cost to employees
• Paid Time Off: Up to 27 days annually, including holidays, vacation, sick, and CME (accrued based on hours worked)
• Paid Holidays: 8 standard holidays + 1 floating holiday (included in the 27 total days)
• CME: Included within total PTO, with reasonable CME expenses covered
• Retirement: 401(k) with a 4% employer match when the employee contributes 5%
• Malpractice Insurance: Professional liability provided (FTCA look-alike coverage)
• Life Insurance: $10,000 policy provided, with option to purchase additional coverage

Responsibilities

• Full-time, 40-hour workweek
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Average patient volume: 16–18 patients per day
• EMR System: Athena
• Provide direct care to patients of all ages
• Oversee and support 2–3 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs)
• Participate in leadership and administrative responsibilities
• No hospital call; participate in office-based call rotation only
• Engage in team-based care with support from front desk, medical assistants, and management

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with a clear and active medical license in Florida
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Community Health Center (FQHC or CHC)
• Prior experience as a Medical Director or Associate Medical Director is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
