Responsibility + Responsiblefor performing a variety of administrative and office tasks in accordancewith the Procedures established by the Organization and must provideadministrative support to its Internal Clients (SM), as well as to otherdepartments (HR, Control & Support, SCM/logistics, Procurement, etc.)and employees as defined in the Procedures of the Organization. + SiteAdministrator for project Workspace/SharePoint site: sets up, maintains,manages access rights, archives structure + Managetechnician training matrix expiries and organize refresher training + Managecontractor certification and maintain training matrix + Supportcontrolling personnel management process (hours, diets, expenses Tasks + POmanagement for orders + Reporting- consumptions / CADO for customer techs / month & weekly hoursreports + Oil /Grease Sample reports administration + InvoiceManagement / VIM (invoice approval in SAP4HANA) + ThirdParty Workers / Contractors - end to end management of administrativerequirements + VehicleManagement (tracking / ordering / maintenance / legal requirements) **About the Team** The Coastal Virginia team and Siemens Energy are leading the way by delivering the service and maintenance agreement for one of the words largest offshore windfarms.
