Team Gillman Subaru North has immediate openings for Sales People!

 Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries while proactively pursuing additional customer leads.
  • Schedule appointments from incoming leads
  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license with  minimum of 3 years driving
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
  • Establishing personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising a strategy to meet those goals
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Attending meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer
  • Staying updated on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and other items, and how they benefit the customer, keeping up with technological changes in the products
  • Maintaining a prospective development system
  • Introducing customers to the service department personnel; working with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule
