Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our dynamic and award-winning team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting clients across diverse industries, including administration, marketing, web design, social media, and strategic planning.

This is a remote employee position (not a contractor role) with flexible hours ranging from 20-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Handle a variety of executive assistant tasks, including marketing projects, website updates, managing third-party platforms, content creation, and social media management.
Ensure a seamless customer experience and high-quality service for all clients.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with multiple clients.
Accurately track and report detailed time entries.
Attend staff and strategy meetings and lead client meetings when needed.

Extensive customer service experience.
Familiarity with tools like Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM platforms, and other project management systems.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent grammar and attention to detail.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant or project management positions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A fully equipped home office, including a Mac or PC, reliable high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
