You'll lead a talented team including: + 1 salaried Executive Chef (managing the second café) + 10 dedicated hourly team members This is a **hands-on leadership role** (about 80% active in the kitchen) where you'll: + Design innovative menus tailored to diverse tastes + Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost management + Drive excellence in catering, with **20% focused on special events** + Utilize Sodexo's cutting-edge culinary systems and tools **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
