Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an accomplished attorney executive to lead legal oversight for Technology and Commercial, Streaming, Marketing, and Distribution across the enterprise. This role will partner with senior leadership to provide strategic legal guidance, oversee complex commercial transactions, and ensure compliance across multiple disciplines—including streaming operations, product launches, technology procurement, marketing, consumer experience, global advertising initiatives, and distribution partnerships.
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will combine deep expertise in media, technology, e-commerce, distribution, and marketing law with proven leadership skills to guide a high-performing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with the agility to address evolving regulatory landscapes, emerging technologies, and multi-territory operational demands.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $401,240.00 - $745,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
