Summary

The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of high-quality events and experiences that align with Gainwell's strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless management of in-person, virtual, and thought leadership events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event strategy, planning, logistics, and marketing, with a focus on delivering value to all stakeholders.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the execution of in-person, virtual, hybrid events and experiences, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement.
    • Lead the production of webinars, innovation forums, user groups, and advisory boards.
    • Develop a comprehensive calendar with clear timelines and budgets for in-person, virtual, and thought leadership events, as well as identified event initiatives.
    • Lead strategic event planning to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and optimal return on investment
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute against goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
    • Oversee detailed budgeting and manage event logistics
    • Develop and execute promotional strategies for optimal engagement and return on investment
    • Develop and submit speaking abstracts for conferences and industry events.
    • Lead cross-functional teams
    • Conduct post-event surveys, debrief meetings, and distribute reports to gather feedback and evaluate impact.
    • Analyze performance and ROI to inform future strategies.

What we're looking for

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing large-scale, complex events.
  • Experience with video production and content creation.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI.

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $118,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
