About the Role:
We’re seeking an organized and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating details, and collaborating with diverse teams. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events.
Prepare event materials such as signage, promotional items, and schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and goals are met.
Gather feedback from participants and assist in post-event reports.
Provide administrative support as needed to the events and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
