As an Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting and representing our clients at events, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring an exceptional brand experience for attendees. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to help create and execute events that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Event Support: Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador by actively engaging with customers, promoting brand values, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Customer Engagement: Interact with event attendees to build relationships, answer questions, and promote the brand in a professional, enthusiastic manner.
Promotional Activities: Participate in on-site promotions, product demonstrations, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Event Logistics: Assist with event logistics, including organizing materials, preparing venues, and managing registration.
Brand Awareness: Help drive brand awareness through social media engagement, collecting feedback, and gathering customer insights to improve future events.
Reporting & Tracking: Collect data on event performance, including customer interactions and promotional activities, and provide feedback for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work with a team of event professionals to achieve campaign goals, maintain event timelines, and ensure high-quality service.
