Job Description

Sr. Salesforce Developer 6+ Months Contract The role involves designing, developing, and deploying leading-edge Salesforce solutions to deliver business value. The position will work within an agile capability team leveraging tools such as Jira, GitHub, Gearset, and OwnBackup.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs across multiple Salesforce Cloud platforms (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics).
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and integration/ETL technologies .
• Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs , Streaming API (Platform Events) , and other middleware tools.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, process owners, and developers to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release management activities.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• Act as a technical SME for Salesforce platform capabilities and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices to enhance solution quality and maintain platform compliance.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience .
• Strong expertise in LWC , Apex , Integration (REST) , and Streaming API (Platform Events) .
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning , Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/SOQL/SOSL) , and version control systems (Git) .
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and frameworks like React or Angular .
• Familiarity with CI/CD , Gearset , and OwnBackup is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
