Description :
The client is looking for Epic Resolute Analyst with at least 10+ Years of Total IT Experience.
Service Request Work Includes But Is Not Limited To:
Resources are needed to support run/service requests received from the RCM and other business partners due to the organizational growth.
Programs Used:
Epic Resolute Module, MS Teams w/video, MS Office, Outlook
What Projects Will This Person Be Working On:
Service Request for system updates and incidents, routine maintenance and break/fix
