We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and career-driven Entry-Level Marketing Associates to join our growing event marketing and promotions team! This role is perfect for candidates who want to break into marketing, gain real hands-on experience, and grow quickly within a supportive team environment.
No prior experience needed —we provide complete training , mentorship, and plenty of opportunities to advance into leadership, event management, and campaign coordination roles.
Support marketing campaigns at live events, promotions, and community outreach programs
Engage with customers, answer questions, and represent our nonprofit and brand partners
Assist with event setup, execution, and coordination
Learn foundational marketing skills including customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign messaging
Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and ensure a positive experience for attendees
Provide feedback to help improve event performance and marketing strategies
Outgoing, positive, and comfortable interacting with new people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, event-driven environments
Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
